Clients who use this service say:
[LS In-house is] every bit as good as we'd have expected ….
We used LS In-house recently to cover a period of peak demand. We interviewed a host of different candidates and managed to secure a great fit for our role. Onboarding was simple and the candidate herself really hit the ground running and became “part of the team” for the duration of her time with us. Having a network back into Lewis Silkin was really great for cross-checking wider market positions too. LS In-house will be our first port of call if we need someone to step in quickly to support again.
Global professional services firm
LS In-house quickly provided a candidate with exactly the right background who was able to slot into the team and pick up the workload with minimal training. The LS In-house lawyer became a valued member of the team. I fully expect to use the LS In-house service again when the need arises..
